PSYCHOTRA IN THE CREW OF SHIPS IN
NATIONAL JURISDICTION

The Senate and the CA of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:

Single art. -A AutorAzase to the National Naval Prefecture to control the eventual presence and concentration of alcohol or other psychotropic drugs, through spirometer procedures or other expressly established methods. by the competent authorities, which may be ratified through the examination of blood, urine and other clinical or paracanical tests on the crews of vessels in national jurisdiction, within the limits of their competence.
