A RATE OF RETURN ON VALUE ADDED TAX
IS ESTABLISHED IN THE PROCUREMENT OF GOODS AND SERVICES INTENDED
TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE REHABILITATION CENTRE " N
REGIONAL DE FRAY BENTOS

The Senate and the CA of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:

ArtAculo nico. -A Otólgase a la Fundación Telétón Uruguay, a credit for the Value Added Tax, included in the acquisitions of goods and services destined for the construction of the Rehabilitation Center Regional of the city of Fray Bentos, Department of Black RAO.

The said benefit will reach all acquisitions made with the said destination, including those made prior to the current law and will be used by credit certificates, under the conditions established by the Tax General Direction.
