unique ArtAculo. -A Apru.base on Agreement Complementary of Cooperation between the States Parties to the Southern Common Market (MERCOSUR) and the Andross Bello Convention (CAB) on the recognition of studies, titles and certificates of Primary and secondary education/non-technical secondary education, subscribed in the city of Asciona, Republic of Paraguay, on 28 June 2007.
