Single ArtAle.-Suspend the validity of items 224, 225, 227 to 257 and 269 of the Law No. 19,276, dated 19 September 2014, Customs Code of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay (CAROU), until 1 March 2016.
Please suspend the validity of article 275 of the Law No. 19,276of 19 September 2014, as regards the repeal of articles 250, 257 to 261, 268 to 279, 283, 295 and 296 of Law No. 13,318of 28 December 1964 and its amending rules, as regards procedural aspects, until 1 March 2016, establishing the validity of the articles referred to that date.
Convalescent the customs processes and their procedural acts which, as of 18 March 2015, have been processed by applying the relevant articles of the Law No. 13,318of 28 December 1964 and its amending rules.
The procedural steps that have been taken in accordance with the rules laid down in Articles 224 to 225, 227 to 257 and 269 of the Law No. 19,276, of September 19, 2014, will be governed for the stages not concluded by the standards of the Law No. 13,318of 28 December 1964 and its amending rules.
The provisions in this article in no case will mean rolling back the process to stages already fulfilled.
