CUBA NATIONAL BANK

DEUDA N CONDONACIA

The Senate and the CA of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:

ArtAculo nico. -A Autorazase to the Central Bank of Uruguay to give free to the State-Ministry of Economic and Finance, the totality of the debt currently held by the National Bank of Cuba with the Central Bank of Uruguay, by virtue of the fact that the same is fully prevised.

Once the decision has been verified, I will authorize the Executive Branch to write down the entire debt referred to above, in the same way as the numerous instances of cooperation that our Republic received from the Republic of Cuba.
