FOR REASONS OF GENERAL INTERA%S, FOR A TERM OF UP TO ONE HUNDRED
EIGHTY DAAZ, UNEMPLOYMENT ALLOWANCE

The Senate and the CA of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:

ArtAculoA 1Aº. -A Facultbe to the Ministry of Labour and Social Security to extend for reasons of general interest, for a period of up to 180 (one hundred and eighty) days, the unemployment benefit of the workers Pressur Corporation S.A., in the terms and conditions set out by the or subsequent extension resolutions.

ArtAculoA 2Aº. -A extension of the period of the unemployment benefit to be granted under the powers granted in the previous article, will reach the workers who continue in the enjoyment of the benefit or have exhausted the maximum coverage period (artAculosA 6Aº and 10 of the Decree-Law No 15.180, dated August 20, 1981, in the wording given by the article 1Aº of the Law No 18.399, ofOctober 2008). The extension of the term of the loan will start to apply from the immediate month after the respective cessation of the subsidy in all cases.
