EX WORKERS OF GRENNFROZEN S.A. AND FRUITS OF THE NORTH
AGRARIAN SOCIETY OF RESPONSIBILITY

UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE EXTENSION

The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:

Article 1.-The Ministry of Labour and Social Security should be empowered to extend for reasons of general interest, for a period of up to one hundred and eighty days, the unemployment benefit of the workers and Workers of Greenfrozen S.A. and Frutos del Norte Sociedad Agraria de responsabilidad Limitada, in the terms and conditions set out in the or the resulting extension resolutions.

Article 2.-The extension of the period of unemployment benefit to be granted under the powers granted in the previous article, will reach the workers and workers who are still continue on the benefit of the benefit or have exhausted the maximum coverage period (Articles 6 and 10 of the Decree-Law No. 15.180, dated August 20, 1981, in the wording given by article 1 of the Law No. 18.399, ofOctober 2008).

The extension of the period of the benefit will begin to apply from the immediate month after the end of the allowance, in all cases.

Comply, acknowledge receipt, communicate, publish and insert into the National Register of Laws and Decrees, the Law that empowers the Ministry of Labor and Social Security to extend for reasons of general interest, for a period of up to one hundred " eighty diaz, the unemployment allowance of workers and former workers of Greenfrozen S.A. and Frutos del Norte Sociedad Agraria de responsabilidad Limitada, in the terms and conditions laid down by the extension.
