SENIOR WORKERS S.A.

THE MINISTRY OF LABOR AND SOCIAL SECURITY IS EMPOWERED TO EXTEND FOR REASONS OF INTEREST
GENERAL, FOR A PERIOD OF UP TO ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY DAYS, THE UNEMPLOYMENT ALLOWANCE

The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:

Article 1.-The Ministry of Labour and Social Security should be empowered to extend for reasons of general interest, for up to 180 days (one hundred and eighty) days, the unemployment benefit of workers Altos Finnish S.A., in the terms and conditions set out in the or subsequent extension resolutions.

Article 2.-The extension of the unemployment benefit term to be granted under the powers granted in the previous article, will reach the workers who still continue to enjoy of the above benefit or have exhausted the maximum coverage period (Articles 6 and 10 of the Decree-Law No. 15.180 , dated August 20, 1981, in the wording given by article 1 of the Law No. 18.399, 24 October 2008).

Comply, acknowledge receipt, communicate, publish and insert into the National Register of Laws and Decrees, the Law that empowers the Ministry of Labor and Social Security to extend for reasons of general interest, for a period of up to one hundred Eighty days, the unemployment benefit of the workers of Altos Fines S.A..
