The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:

Article 1º.-A funny pension is awarded to Mrs. Maria Jacinta Silva Fernández, holder of identity card No. 4.136.338-8, equivalent to 4 BPC (four Basis of Benefits and Contributions).

Article 2.-Precise that the resulting erogation, will be attended by General Rentas.

Chamber of Sessions of the Chamber of Senators, in Montevideo, on April 12, 2016.
