In relation to the adoption of the Law of Ukraine " On the Treaty of
products " ( 1039-14 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999,
N 44, st. 391) Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Amend the following legislative acts of Ukraine:
1. Article 8 of the Code of the Law of Ukraine (art. 322-08 )
(Information of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR, 1971, appendix to N 50, st. 375;
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, N 28, st. 204)
In this edition:
" Article 8. Regulation of the labour relations of the citizens who
working outside of their states
The labour relations of the citizens of Ukraine who work for its
outside, as well as the labour relations of foreign nationals who work
in organizations, in institutions, organizations of Ukraine, are regulated
by the legislation of the state in which employment
"Employment and International Treaty of Ukraine".

(1) Article 3 after the paragraph of sixth supplement the new paragraph
such content:

In relation to this paragraph, the seventh will be considered a paragraph of the eighth;

In this regard, the fifth part is considered to be part of the sixth.
16. Article 2 of the Mining Law of Ukraine 1127-14 ) (Information

such content:
