On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine
"The State Budget of Ukraine for 2003"
and some other laws of Ukraine

N 2755-VI ( 2755-17 ) 02.12.2010, VR, 2011, N 13-14,
N 15 -16, N 17, pp. 112}

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Amend the laws of Ukraine to be amended:
1. In the Law of Ukraine " On the State Budget of Ukraine on
2003 ( 380-15 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003,
N 10-11, st. 86, N 25, st. 177, N 26, st. 189, N 33-34, st. 267):
(1) In Article 1:
in part the first digit "52.959.040.4" and "41.916.465"
"53.139.040.4" and "42.096.465" respectively;
in part two of the second digit "54.993.965.6" and "42.826.465"
Replace with numbers "55.773.965.6" and "43.606.465" respectively;
in part the third digit "2.034.925.2" and "910,000" replace
according to figures "2.634.925.2" and "1.510,000";
(2) Article 10-1 to supplement the third such content:

2. Abzac first paragraph 1 of section XV "Final provisions"
Law of Ukraine of 22 May 2003 " On Amendments to
Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2003"
( 849-15 ) and some other legislative acts " to supplement such
"Section XIV, which has been in effect since 1 October 2003".

N 2755-VI ( 2755-17 ) 02.12.2010}

II. This Act takes effect from the day of its publication.
