For amendments to Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine
" On the transfer of object rights of state
and communal property "

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Part of the first article 7 of the Law of Ukraine " On transfer
the objects of the right of state and communal property " ( 147 /98-VR )
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, N 34, pp. 228;
2000, N 5, pp. 35; 2001, N 9, pp. 39; 2002, N 26,
Oh, 173) after the paragraph of the fifth complement the new paragraph of such a
content:
" military towns (master complexes), other stationary and
moving military property (other than all weapons, combat equipment)
and ammunition), which is released in the process of reforming the Armed Forces
"Українсе України".
Due to this paragraph, the sixth and seventh will be considered respectively
In the seventh and eighth paragraphs.
II. Final Position
1. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
2. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in lunar row from day of dress
the law to bring its legal and legal acts into force in
