Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Introduce to the Law of Ukraine "On information agencies"
( 74 /95-VR ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, N 13,
Oh, (83) Such changes:
1. Article 9 of the Board of Editors:
" Article 9. The right to establish an information agency
The right to establish an information agency in Ukraine
are owned by citizens and legal persons of Ukraine. Foreigners and
foreign legal entities are eligible to be co-founders
Information agencies of Ukraine.
Prohibition of creation and operation of information agencies,
in the statutory fund of which the aggregate belongs to foreigners
and/or foreign legal entities, is more than 35
percent ".
2. Articles 10 to be excluded.
3. Part of the fourth article of article 12, as follows:
" State registration of foreign investment in information
the agency is carried out in accordance with the order set up
Legislation of Ukraine ".
4. In part 1 of the first article 13, the words "(for citizens)"
replace the words "(for physical persons)".
II. This Act takes effect from the day of its publication.
