Concerning amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine concerning the clarification and guidance of individual provisions in compliance with the rules of action

(Information Of The Verkhovna Rada (VR), 2015, No. 10, pp. 60)

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine:

I. Amend Budget Code of Ukraine (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 50-51, p. 572) such changes:

1. Part Other Article 24-1 after the words "regional development projects" complemented by the words "(including project cooperation and voluntary association of territorial communities)".

2. First part Article 64 supplements paragraphs 20-1 and 20-2 such content:

" 20-1) gathering for vehicle parking space, which is credited to local government budgets;

20-2) a tourist gathering that is credited to the budgets of local government. "

3. In Part One Article 69:

In paragraph 4, the word "immovable" shall be excluded;

complementing paragraphs 7-1 and 7-2 such content:

" 7-1) gathering for vehicle parking space;

"(7-2)".

4. In Paragraph 13 Part of the first Article 91, the word "state" to exclude.

5. Item 20 Section VI "Final and Transitional Provisions" after the paragraph of the first paragraph to add a new paragraph to the content:

"paragraph 1 of the first article 88 of this Code".

In this regard, the second is the third, fifth and fifth respectively.

II. This Act will take effect from the day, the following day by the day of its publication.
