 I. Introduction to the Law of Ukraine dated 27 November 2003 " On   
State Budget of Ukraine for 2004 " (PDF)   1344-15  )  Such changes:   
 1. Article 71 is part of the second such content:   
 " The provisions of this article are not subject to implementation   
Budget calculations by applying tax bills to the United States   
In the customs territory of Ukraine (import)   
of goods that fall under the definition of OCT codes of ZED (   2371a 14  )   
1001 10 00 90, 1001 90 99 00, 1002 00 00 00   
Law of Ukraine dated 23 October 2003 " On Amendments to   
Some Ukraine's laws on taxation regarding grain   
culture " (   1240-15  ).   
 2. Part of the second article 83, to read:   
 " Establish that before July 1, 2004 are exempt from   
tax on the added cost of the transaction   
(rewarding) beyond the customs territory of Ukraine goods which   
Fall under the definition of OCT codes   2371a 14  )   
1001 (wheat), 1002 (Rye), 1003 (barley) ".   
 II.  This Act will take effect from the day of its publication and   
apply to paid tax on the added value (in volume)   
including businesses with foreign investment, regardless of time and   
forms of these investments) since January 1, 2004.
