N 17-18, st. (250) Such changes:
1. In the part of the first article, 19 digits "15" replace the digital "8".
2. Part of the first article 20 supplements the sentence of such content:
" For enterprises (associations), institutions and organizations regardless of
the form of ownership and the work on which the
from 8 to 15 people, the size of penalties for workplace, not
occupied by a disabled person, defined in the amount of half of the average
of the annual wage in the respective enterprise (union),
in the appropriate institution, the organization. "
II. Final Position
1. This Act will take effect from 1 January 2005.
2. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for a three-month term
publish this Act to ensure acceptance
