On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine
(on the insurance of the personnel of nuclear facilities)

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Make the following changes to the laws of Ukraine:
1. Paragraph 21 of the First Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine " On
Insurance " ( 85 /96-PL ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,
2002, N 7, pp. 50, N 8, st. 62, N 14, st. 96; 2003, N 38,
Oh, 313; 2004, N 19, pp. 254, N 26, st. 362) to be excluded.
2. In Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine " On the Use of Nuclear
energy and radiation safety " ( 39 /95-PL ) (Information from the Verkhovna Rada)
For the sake of Ukraine, 1995, N 12, st. 81; 1997, N 4, pp. 20):
Part of the first elimination;
in part the third word "mandatory and" to exclude.
II. This Act takes effect from the day of its publication.
