On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine
"About Physical Culture and Sport"

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
1. To bring to the Law of Ukraine "On Physical Culture and Sport"
( 3808-12 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, N 14,
Oh, 80; 1999, N 34, pp. 271) such changes:
1) in Article 36-1:
the paragraph of the first paragraph of the word "only one"
"legalized in established law";
paragraph of the third set in this edition:
" according to her statutory documents, including the
goals, tasks and structures, statutory and regulatory requirements,
the structure of the relevant international sports organization ";
2) Article 36-2 will complement the new part of the first such content:
" The provision of the sports federation of the status of national
is carried out on competitive basis according to the provisions of
the order of the contest, which is approved by the central authority
Executive Power on Physical Culture and Sports ".
In this regard, the first is the eighth, respectively.
The second and ninth.
2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
