Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
European agreement on rules governing movement of persons
to the Council of the Council of Europe ( 994_231 ), concluded
December 13, 1957. Paris signed on behalf of Ukraine
On 18 February 2004, to ratify (added *) with the following statements:
" 1. Ukraine declares that according to Article 1, paragraph 4
the term "territory" means an area on which Ukraine spreads its
jurisdiction in accordance with its national legislation.
2. Ukraine states that according to the part of the second article 7
Agreements suspend the use of this Agreement with respect to those
The terms of the Agreement which apply part of the first Article 7 Agreement on
