Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:
And. Part Other Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Status of Veterans of War, Guarantees of Their Social Protection" (Ukrainian Supreme Council of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, p. 425 with the following changes) to complement paragraph 10 of this content:
" (10) Persons who have become disabled due to injury, handicrations, contusions or other health lessons received during the participation of mass protests in Ukraine from 21 November 2013 to 21 February 2014 for eurointegration and against The Yanukovych regime, which was followed by medical assistance from 21 November 2013 to 30 April 2014.
The paragraph of the first item does not apply to militia workers, persons who have been serving in special purpose law enforcement agencies, internal troops, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations that have received Disability, injury, contusions, or other health injuries sustained in the execution of civil servants related to the events of the Revolution of Dignity.
The participation of persons listed in the paragraph of the first item, in the Revolution of Dignity and receiving them during the Revolution of Dignity of the wounded, the calibration, contusion or other health damage is set in the order defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Communication of disability with injuries, crippling, contusia, or other health care, obtained by persons listed in paragraph 1 of this item, during participation in the Revolution of Dignity, is set on the results of medical expertise in the order defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The order for the granting of the status of the disabled of the war to the individuals specified in the paragraph of the first item shall determine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. "
1. This Act will take effect from the day, the following day of publication, and is entered into action 10 days from the day of publication.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to provide an introduction to the enforcement of the legal instruments aimed at implementing this Act, from the day of introduction to the action.
