On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VR), 2006, N 26, pp. 216)

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
Make the following changes to the laws of Ukraine:
1. In the title and text of the Law of Ukraine " On ratification
Convention on the Protection of the Rights and Fundamental Freedoms of 1950,
The first protocol and protocols of N 2, 4, 7 and 11 to the Convention "
( 475 /97-PL ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, N 40,
Oh, 263; 1999, N 22-23. 197; 2005, N 3, pp. 76) Words
"Convention on the Protection of Rights and Fundamental Freedoms" in All
The differences to replace the words " Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and
of the fundamental freedoms " in the appropriate case.
2. In the Law of Ukraine " On Ratification of the Protocol N 6 to
Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and Basic Freedoms,
concerning the abolition of the death penalty, 1983 " ( 1484-14 )
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, N 13, st. 111):
(1) The name of the Act shall be taught in such an editorial:
" On Ratification of Protocol N 6 to the Convention
on the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms,
Concerning the abolition of the death penalty ";
2) in the text of the Law of the Word " Protocol N 6 to the Convention on
protection of the rights and fundamental freedoms of the person concerned with the abolition
death penalty, 1983 "replace the words" Protocol N 6 to
Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms,
relating to the abolition of the death penalty, with the changes made
"Protocol No. 11".
3. Law of Ukraine " On Ratification of Protocol N 13 to the Convention
concerning the protection of the rights and fundamental freedoms of the person
abolition of the death penalty under any circumstances " ( 318-15 )
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, N 4, st. (36) taught
