Amendment to Article 9
Law of Ukraine " On Licensing
of certain types of economic activities "

I. In paragraph 67 of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Licensing"
of certain types of economic activities " ( 1775-14 ) (Information
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, N 36, st. 299; 2004, N 38,
Oh, 468) " Decontamination of subquarantine materials and
objects "replace the words" fumification (disinfection) of objects
Regulations defined by the Law of Ukraine "On the quarantine of plants"
( 3348-12 ).
II. Final Position
1. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
2. Licences issued to force under this Act
the dehydration of subquarantine materials and objects that
moving through the state border of Ukraine and quarantine zones, there are
Valid until the end of their operation.
