Ratify the European Citizenship Convention
( 994_004 ), committed on November 6, 1997. Strasbourg and
Signed on behalf of Ukraine on 1 July 2003. Strasbourg
(*), with the following warning and statement:
Article 8, paragraph 2:
for Ukraine the term "citizens who are permanently residing abroad"
The border is "used in the meaning" of citizens of Ukraine who are constantly
Residing abroad in accordance with national legislation,
what regulates the question of the departure of citizens of Ukraine abroad ";
Ukraine declares that according to Article 25, paragraph 1 of the Convention
( 994_004 ) Ukraine eliminates chapter VII of the scope of application
