On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine
"National Awards of Ukraine".

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
1. To bring to the Law of Ukraine "On State Awards of Ukraine"
( 1549-14 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, N 21,
Oh, 162; 2001, N 33, pp. 173; 2002, N 8, pp. 62; 2004,
N 35, st. 414, N 37. 449; 2005, N 52, pp. 563) such changes:
(1) In Article 10:
part of the first paragraph after the paragraph of the third supplement to the new paragraph
such content:
"People's Teacher of Ukraine".
With this paragraph the fourth is thirty-eighth to be considered
Paragraphs 5 and 30;
part of the third set in this edition:
Honorary title of People 's Artist of Ukraine, People' s Republic of Ukraine
Architect of Ukraine ", People 's Teacher of Ukraine," People' s
The artist of Ukraine " may be assigned, usually not earlier than
Ten years after awarding the corresponding honorary title
"Honored Artist of Ukraine", "Honored Architect of Ukraine",
"Honored Teacher of Ukraine", "Honored Artist of Ukraine";
(2) Article 11 shall complement paragraph 5 of this content:
" 5) State Prize of Ukraine in Education-for outstanding
Advances in Education by Nominations:
Pre-school and off-school education;
General secondary education;
Vocational education;
Higher education;
scientific achievements in the field of education ".
2. This Act is effective from 1 January 2007.
