1. To article 65 of the Law of Ukraine "On the State budget"
Ukraine for 2007 " 489-16 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,
2007, N 7-8, pp. (66) Such changes:
in a paragraph of the third word "their assets" to replace the words " their
assets, and enterprises of public organizations with disabilities for
Target positions before the Social Protection Fund
Persons with disabilities ";
complementing part of the second such content:
" To give the law to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
Target positions provided by the Social Security Fund departments
Disabled persons with disabilities, the term
return of which ended until 1 January 2007, in established
"The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
