For amendments to articles 37 and 51 of the Law of Ukraine
" On the General State Social
a temporary loss of insurance
Performance and Expendable,
the birth and burial of "

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
1. To bring to the Law of Ukraine "On the general binding state"
social security in connection with temporary loss
and costs, due to birth and
(...) 2240-14 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,
2001, N 14, pp. 71; 2005, N 2, pp. 41, N 5, st. 120)
changes:
(1) paragraph 5 of the fifth article 37 complemented by the words " donors who
have the right to a pill provided by Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine " On
blood donation and its components " ( 239 /95-VR );
(2) Part of the first article 51 would complement the paragraph by another such
content:
" To assign assistance for temporary inoperability in the
100 per cent of average wage (income)
insured persons listed in paragraph 5 of Article 37 of this
Law, add copies of relevant credentials or other documents,
"I believe that the right to the pill is justified."
2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
