Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Introduce to the Law of Ukraine " On licensing of certain kinds of
" (b. 1775-14 ) (Information from the Verkhovna Rada)
Ukraine, 2000, N 36, pp. 299 with the following changes):
(1) In Article 9:
Paragraph 33 of the Board of Editors:
" 33) provision of services to transport passengers and goods
automobile transport according to the types of works defined
The Law of Ukraine "On Road Transport" (PDF) 2344-14 );
34 to be excluded;
2) in part fourteenth article 14 of the words " total
using and carrying passengers and their luggage by taxi "
exclude.
II. Final Position
1. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
2. License for the right to provide services for the transport of passengers and
by road transport, including by taxi, which
have been issued before the Act, which is valid until
the end of their action string.
