For amendments to Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine

1. To Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine " On
economic activity " ( 959-12 ) (Information from the Verkhovna Rada)
For the sake of the Ukrainian SSR, 1991, N 29, st. 377; Council of the Supreme Council
Ukraine, 2007, N 3, st. (29) Such changes:
1) complement the article after part twenty-third
part of this content:
" There is forbidden to limit the import of goods that
set certain quotas to complete the use of such quotas. "
In this regard, the twenty-fourth is forty-four.
Under twenty-fifth terms, forty-first;
2) complement the article after part twenty-ninth new
part of this content:
" In the customs design of goods that are licensed and
are loaded in bulk, unable to be denied when
cost, the amount or weight of such goods is negligible
