Ratification of the Framework Agreement between the Government of Ukraine
and the European Communities Commission

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
Ratify the Framework Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Commission
European Communities 994_763 ), committed on 12 December
2006 in. Brussels (added), with a statement made during the
its signature, such a content:
" The Ukrainian side declares that while applying the Framework
agreements between the Government of Ukraine and the Commission of the European Communities
( 994_763 ):
the term "measures" applied in paragraph 1.3 of Article 1, means
measures that pre-agreed with the Government of Ukraine and fall under
action of the regulations in the preamble of this Agreement ( 994_763 );
the term "foreign expert" applied in paragraphs 2.2 and 2.3
Article 2 and paragraph 3.7 of Article 3, means the physical person-

a foreign contractor to the execution of a project (program)
Funded by the European Community;
the term "contract" applied in paragraphs 3.2-3.7. of Article 3,
means a written treaty between the Commission of the European Communities
