1. In Article 1:
in the first digit "222.896.194" and "175.747.080.6"
replace "224.661.194" and "177.512.080.6" respectively;
in the second digit of "238.908.805.5" and "192.519.938.5"
"239.623.805.5" and "193.234.938.5" respectively;
in the third part of the third digit "4.377.260.2" and
"1.518.028" replace "5.427.260.2" and
"2.568.028".
2. Article 25 is part of the ninth such content:
" The order to use budget funds to form
