Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:
I. Part 4 Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electricity" (Ukrainian Supreme Council of Ukraine, 1998, No. 1, pp. 1; 2013, No. 28, pp. 301; 2014, No. 26, p. 892), to read:
" Features the regulation of legal, economic and organizational relationships related to the sale of electric energy from the wholesale electricity market of Ukraine to temporarily occupied territory and to the territory where public authorities are temporarily suspended. carry out or exercised not in full capacity, as well as relationships related to production, transfer, distribution, supply, purchase, sale, and use of electricity in the temporarily occupied territory and in the territory where the state authorities are temporarily not exercised or carried out in full. As a result of this, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is established. The list of settlements on the territory of which state authorities is temporarily not exercised or carried out in full capacity is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. "
1. This Act will take effect from the day, the following day by the day of its publication.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
During fifteen days of the Act of Act:
To develop and amend the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine draft laws of Ukraine to comply with the requirements and implementation of the provisions of this Act;
Adopt normative legal acts on the implementation of this Act;
To bring their legal and legal acts into compliance with the Act;
Adoption of the executive branch of the laws of normative acts stemming from this Act;
The enforcement of the executive branch of their legal and legal acts in compliance with the Act.
