On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On State Registration of Legal Persons and Physical Persons-Entrepreneurs" for the simplification of the termination of legal entities by merging, accession, division, transformation (reorganization)

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:
1. Carry to Law of Ukraine "On State Registration of Legal Persons and Physical Persons-Entrepreneurs" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 31-32, art. 263; 2011, No. 46, pp. 512; 2014, No. 44, st. 2040) such changes:
(1) The paragraph of the first part of the second article 35 is set out in this edition:
" 2. From date of entry into the Single State Registry on the Committee's decisions of the founders of the legal person or the authorized authority to end a legal entity by eliminating the decision made by the founders (participants) of the legal person or By the authority of the State, the decision shall be prohibited ";
in a paragraph of the third part of the first word "which adopted" with the words "to the authority belonging to the adoption";
Paragraph 7 of the seventh edition of the ninth session:
"The only state registry contains information that a legal entity that is terminated as a result of fission has not a closed unit, whose share of the distribution of the balance is not defined";
part of the eleventh complement of the sentence of such content: " If the Single State Register contains information that such a legal entity has not closed units, the State registrar must simultaneously contribute to the Common State Registry; The relevant changes to information on these separated units in part of the belonging to the legal person, on the basis of information submitted by the legal entity to the end ";
the second sentence of the seventeenth to exclude.
1. This Act will take effect from the day, the following day by the day of its publication.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the monthly row from the day of entry into force:
To bring their legal and legal acts into compliance with the Act;
To ensure that the Ministries and the other central authorities are responsible for their normative and legal acts in compliance with the Act.
