Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Orders:
I. Amend the following legislative acts of Ukraine:

" Moving and immovable property is necessary for the feeding organization of the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in stationary and field conditions, is transmitted by military units on an unpaid basis to the winners of procurement procedures from the organization. of the special composition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, defined in accordance with Law of Ukraine "Public Procurement". The transfer of such a moving and fixed property is carried out solely by the contract (treaties) of the loan.
List of rolling and fixed assets required for the organization of feeding personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is planned to be handed over to the treaty (treaties) of the winner of the procurement procedure for the organization's food The Armed Forces of Ukraine, as noted in the announcement of the procurement process.
The treaty (treaties) of a moving, stationary property needed to organize the personnel of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is concluded (concluded) on the same line as the relevant agreement (treaties) of the procurement of services to the organization -Food of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Movable and immovable property transmitted on a non-payment basis under the terms of a loan in accordance with part of the seventh-ninth of this article, used by the user exclusively for the food organization of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in stationary, Field conditions. 1. This Act will take effect from the day, the following day by the day of its publication.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a three-month term:
To approve the mechanism for monitoring the quality of services on the food service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
