On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine
concerning the provision of information on persons,
which receive the insurance payments
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VR), 2009, N 24, pp. 298)

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Amend the laws of Ukraine to be amended:
1. Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine " on State Border Services
Ukraine ". 661-15 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003,
N 27, st. 208; 2008, N 26, pp. 243) complement paragraph 23-1
such content:
" 23-1) grant requests to the Executive Board of the Foundation
General compulsory public social insurance of Ukraine
in case of unemployment or the central authority of the executive
the scope of labour and social policy in the order of
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, information stored in the
information systems, including data banks, regarding individuals,
