1. Article 65 of the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education" 2984-14 )
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, N 20, pp. 134) after
part of the second complement to a new part of this content:
" To provide paid services in the field of higher education and
associated with it other activities of higher education institutions
public and communal forms of property can create
structural units acting on the basis of position,
approved in accordance with the legislation and the statute of the
educational institution. "
This part of the third is considered to be part of the fourth.
2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
