1. To bring to the Law of Ukraine "On State Geological Survey"
Ukraine ". 1216-14 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999,
N 51, st. 456; 2006, N 22, pp. 184) such changes:
paragraph 9 of the ninth part of the second article 6
& Revision:
" issuing the subject of master's license to search (intelligence)
minerals, for extracting minerals from deposits, which are
have public value and included in the State Fund
Mineral deposits, and also to extract precious
metals and precious stones, precious stones.
organogenic formation, semi-precious stones, exercise
Control of the requirements of their licensing conditions ";
of the tenth article 7 after the words " requirements of the law
"Українся премпира" (in Russian) ".
2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
