On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Notaries"
on the authority to conduct a notary action

1. To bring to the Law of Ukraine "On Notaries" 3425-12 )
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, N 39, pp. 383;
2009, N 13, pp. 161. Such changes:
(1) Part of the first article 37, to be published in this edition:
" In localities where there are no notaries, empowered to this.
The officials of the local government authority are such
Notarial actions:
(1) take action on the protection of hereditary property;
(2) To make a wish (except secret);
(3) The duplicates of the documents are duplicated;
4) certify the loyalty of copies (photocopy) documents and

"5) certify the authenticity of the signatures on documents";
(2) Part of the second article 40 is taught in such an editorial:
" To the notarized trust, the trustees are aligned:
