With a k o n u r as th h s on amendments to the law of Ukraine "on Notariate" regarding the authority to commit notarial acts local government officials (Supreme Council of Ukraine (BD), 2009, N 29, 392) of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine n o s t a n o in l I have: 1. Contribute to the law of Ukraine "on Notariate" (3425-12)
(Supreme Council of Ukraine, 1993, N 39, article 383;
2009 N 13, art. 161) are as follows: 1) the first part of article 37 to this wording: "in settlements where there are no notaries, authorized on that officials of local Government commit such notarial action: 1) take measures for the protection of the ancestral property;
2) certify the Covenants (other than secret);
3) issue a duplicate posvìdčenih them;
4) demonstrate loyalty to copies (photocopies) of documents and extracts from them;
5) certify the authenticity of the signature on the documents ";
2) of the second article 40 to lay out in the following wording: "The notary posvìdčenih powers of attorney are equivalent: 1) power of Attorney of military personnel or other persons who are treated in hospitals, health centers and other military institutions, certified by the commanders of these institutions and their alternates from the medical part, elders or ordinary doctors;
2) powers of Attorney, and in the location of a military unit, connections, institutions, educational institutions, where there is no notary or local government officials who commit notarial acts also powers of Attorney of workers, their families and members of the families of military personnel certified by commanders (heads) of these parts, connections, agencies or military educational institutions;
3) powers of Attorney of persons who are in imprisonment (pre-trial detention), certified by the Chief places of imprisonment (Chief Investigator isolator);
4) power of Attorney of persons who live in settlements where there are no notaries, certified by the person on this official organ of local self-government, in addition to powers of Attorney for the right of disposal of immovable property, the Attorney for the management and disposal of corporate rights and powers of Attorney for the use and disposal of vehicles.
2. this Act comes into force from the day of its publication.
