   On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine   
 "On the stimulus of the development of the regions"   
   (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VR), 2009, N 51, pp. 756)   
  
 Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine   Oh, I am. :   
 1. To bring to the Law of Ukraine " On stimulating development   
regions " (   2850-15  )  (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005,   
N 51, st.  548) such changes:   
 (1) In Article 1:   
 the paragraph of the fourth edition:   
 " depressed territory-the region or its part (district, city)   
regional, republican in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea

 2. This Act is effective from 1 January 2010.
