children " ( 2811-12 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001,

1. Article 11 is part of the fifth of the following content:
" The payment of care for the birth of a child shall be stopped in the case of:
Incarceration of parental rights;
Receiving a child from a non-incarceration person
Parental rights;
A temporary holding of a child to complete public detention;
Discontinuation of the custody or dismissal of the guardian
For a particular child;
unintended use of funds and unsecured payee
Assistance for full maintenance and education
Child;
"In the case of other circumstances".
2. Article 12 is set out in this edition:
" Article 12. Size of assistance for birth of a child
Child birth assistance is provided in size.
A living minimum for children under the age of six set up
on the birthday of the baby.
Assistance for birth of a child is granted in sum, summary 22
size of a living minimum-to the first child;
size of a living minimum-to a second child; a short 90
the size of a living minimum is at the third and every next child.
Payment of aid is carried out at one time in nine times
Living minimum on birth of a child, the remaining amount of aid
to the first child is paid for the next 12 months, on
second child-24 months, at third and every next child-36
months of equal parts in the order established by the Cabinet
"Ministers of Ukraine".
