On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine
Providing wheelchair accessible to vehicles with disabilities
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VR), 2010, N 8, pp. 62)

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Amend the laws of Ukraine to be amended:
1. In Article 38 of the Law of Ukraine " On the Foundations of Social
Protection of Disabled Persons in Ukraine ". 875-12 ) (Information from the Verkhovna Rada)
For the sake of the Ukrainian SSR, 1991, N 21, st. 252; Security Council of the Verkhovna Rada
Ukraine, 2004, N 37, st. 453):
(1) Part of the first teaching in such an editorial:
" Article 38. Disabled and disabled children are provided free

II. Final Position
1. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
2. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for ninety-one days
publish this Act to bring its legal and legal acts in
