 Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine   Oh, I am. :   
 1. To make changes to such laws of Ukraine:   
 1) in paragraph 1 and paragraph of the first paragraph 2 of section VIII   
"Final provisions of the Law of Ukraine" On the principles of prevention and   
(...) (...)   1506-17  )  (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,   
2009, N 45, pp.  691) the figure and the word "January 1" to replace the digital and   
"April 1";   
 2) in Article 28, "The final provisions of the Law of Ukraine" On   
the responsibility of legal persons for committing corruption   
(...) (...)   1507-17  )  (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,   
2009, N 45, pp.  692) the figure and the word "January 1" to replace the digital and   
"April 1";   
 (3) Section II of the Law of Ukraine " On Amendments to Certain   
legislative acts of Ukraine concerning responsibility for corruption   
" (...)   1508-17  )  (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,   
2009, N 46, pp.  699) to read:   
 " II.  This Act will take effect from the day of its publication and   
to act simultaneously with the introduction of the laws of Ukraine " On   
Preventing and countering corruption " (   1506-17  )  and " About   
the responsibility of legal persons for committing corruption   
(...) (...)   1507-17  ).   
 2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
