 Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine   Oh, I am. :   
 I. Amend the following legislative acts of Ukraine:   
 1. In section II, "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine " On   
to make changes to certain laws of Ukraine in order to overcome   
the negative effects of the financial crisis " (   1533-17  )  (Information   
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2009, N 52, st.  763):   
 (1) Paragraph 1 of the second paragraph (1) of the text is as follows:   
 " Set that items 6, 7 section II of this Act apply to   
January 1, 2011 ";   
 (2) Items 8-11 to exclude.   
 2. In the Law of Ukraine "On Foreign Investment Regime"   
(   93 /96-PL  )  (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, N 19,   
Oh,  80; 2009, N 52, pp.  763):   
 (1) Part of the second article 2 to exclude;   
 (2) In Article 13:   
 Part of the first elimination;   
 In part of the second word "in the master form" to exclude;   
 A quarter to be expelled.   
 II.  This Act takes effect from the day of its publication.
