such content:   
 " The disabled first and second groups are eligible for extraordinary.   
maintenance in urban and intercity transport, as well as   
in enterprises, institutions and organizations of all forms of ownership and   
subordination that provide any services to the population.   
 Information on the right to extraordinary service should be   
located in a prominent place. "   
 Due to this, the sixth is considered to be part of the eighth.   
 2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
