On amendments to some laws of Ukraine on the support of child sport and physical education of children

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ruling :

1. To make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1) in fourth paragraph Part of the second article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "On off-school education" (Ukrainian Supreme Council of Ukraine, 2000, No. 46, pp. 393; 2005, No. 28, pp. 372; 2015, No. 6, pp. (40) The words "and in children's youth sports schools" to exclude;

2) in The Law of Ukraine "On Physical Culture and Sport" (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 7, pp. 50; 2014, No. 2-3, st. 41; 2015, No. 6, pp. 40, no. 11, st. (75):

Parts Hereby and Eighth 10 exceptions;

in Article 26 :

Include part of the third such content:

"In preschool and other educational institutions, there are necessarily envisaged posts of physical culture specialists";

in Part 5 the word "two" shall be replaced by the word "three";

in Article 48 include part of the twelfth such content:

"The existing network of public and communal institutions of physical culture and sports cannot be reduced without the consent of the central authority of the executive branch, providing the formation of public policy in the sphere of physical culture and sports."

2. This Act will take effect from the day, the next in the day of its publication.
