On the denounsations of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on the organization of military interstate transportation and the calculations of

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ruling :

1. Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on the organization of military interstate transportation and calculations , signed on 25 November 1995 in m. Sochi and Ratified Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine September 12, 2002 (Supreme Council of Ukraine, 2002, No. 44, art. 327), denounders.

2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to carry out the relevant procedures under the provisions of The Vienna Convention on the Law of International Treaties and Law of Ukraine "International Affairs of Ukraine".

3. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will bring its legal and legal acts into compliance with the Act.

4. This Act will take effect from the day, the following day by the day of its publication.
