About making changes to some
Acts of State of Ukraine for the Protection of
consumer rights
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VR), 2011, N 18, pp. 123)

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Amend the following legislative acts of Ukraine:
1. In the first part of the first article 707 of the Civil
Code of Ukraine 435-15 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,
2003, NN 40-44, pp. 356) of the word "from the moment of submission"
replace the words "not counting the purchase day".
2. In the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" 1023-12 )
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, N 7, pp. 84):
(1) the paragraph of the second part of the first Article 9 will complement
"if a long term is not declared as a seller";
(2) Paragraph 1 of the first article 23
& Revision:
" (1) the failure of the consumer in the implementation of its rights established by the
part of the first article 8, part of the first Article 9 and part of
third article 10 of this Act, in ten times
the cost of products based on prices operating at the time of purchase of this
products, but not fewer than five untaxable income minimums
citizens ".
II. This Act takes effect from the day of its publication.
