On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine
concerning the payment of a one-time leave in connection
Adoption of the agenda
(Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VR), 2011, N 27, pp. 227)

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
I. Amend the following legislative acts of Ukraine:
1. Parts of the second and third Article 182 Code of the Law
Ukraine ( 322-08 ) (Information of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR, 1971,
an extension to N 50, a st. 375) set out in such an editorial:
" Women who have adopted a child from a number of orphans or children,
deprived of parental care, over three years,
provided a one-time paid leave in connection with the adoption
child of duration 56 calendar days (70 calendar days-at
adoption of two and more children) excluding holiday and
non-working days after the rightful power of the decision on
Adoption of the child. This vacation can also be used

Women who have adopted a child (or both two and more)
children), are given leave to care for her on conditions and in
the order established by articles 179 and 181 of this Code. "
2. In the Law of Ukraine "On Vacation" ( 504 /96-PL ) (Information
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, N 2, pp. 4; 2004, N 6, pp. 38;
2009, N 7, pp. 70; 2010, N 7, pp. (50):
(1) Part of the first article 18-1 is taught in such an editorial:
" A child who has adopted a child from a number of orphans or children,
deprived of parental care, over three years,
provided a one-time paid leave in connection with the adoption
child of duration 56 calendar days (70 calendar days-at
adoption of two and more children) excluding holiday and
non-working days after the rightful power of the decision on
adoption of the child (if the adopters are spouses-one of them)
to their discretion) ";
2) part of the second article 21 after the words "creative leave"
Complementing the words "leave in relation to the adoption of the child";
3) Part of the first article 23 after the digits "16" complement the numbers
"18-1".
II. This Act takes effect from the day of its publication.
