Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine
" On the order of departure from Ukraine
and entry into Ukraine of citizens of Ukraine "

1. Paragraph third of the first article 4 of the Law of Ukraine " On
order of departure from Ukraine and entry into Ukraine of citizens of Ukraine "
( 3857-12 ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, N 18,
Oh, 101; 2002, N 51, pp. 370; 2004, N 33-34, pp. 406)
Set out in this edition:
" Ukrainian citizens who are permanently or temporarily residing abroad
the border and reached the age of 16, according to their personal petition
about obtaining a passport or through their rightful representatives to
Diplomatic Institutions of Ukraine. Citizens of Ukraine, who
is constantly living abroad, can address the petition
about receiving a passport also to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Ukraine. Passport design to citizens of Ukraine who have not reached
16-year-old, based on the defendant's notarized
The petitions of parents or their rightful representatives in case of need
"Self-Congress of Persons Abroad".
2. This Act is effective from 1 January 2012.
