Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oh, I am. :
1. In part 12 of Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine " On
Insurance " ( 85 /96-PL ) (Information of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,
2002, N 7, pp. 50; 2007, N 2, pp. (14):
Paragraph 1 supplements the sentence of such content: " In case of exercise
Reinsurance of the requirement for membership in the World Organization
the trade of state, in which registered insurance is not
Applies ";
Item 5:
" (5) the state in which the registered insurance is not
included in the list of offshore zones defined by the
Legislation of Ukraine ".
2. This Act will take effect from the day of its publication.
